The Full Story
About
Welcome to The Collective, your one-stop shop for curated products from Alberta owned businesses in Okotoks, Alberta. We bring together the best local makers under one roof, offering a unique blend of handmade bath and body products, fashion, candles, jewelry, home goods, and more.

Mission
The Collective exists to bring you closer to the makers behind what you buy. We curate thoughtfully sourced, Canadian and Alberta-made goods — supporting local artisans, small businesses, and the community we're proud to call home. More than just a boutique, we are a local hub for creativity, craftsmanship, and connection.
Vision
We envision a community where local makers grow, small businesses lift each other up, and every purchase tells a story worth sharing. The Collective is working toward a future where "shop local" isn't just a phrase — it's a way of life, right here in Okotoks and beyond. Our vision is a thriving local economy where makers are celebrated, community is at the heart of every business, and shopping small becomes second nature.

Rachel Curran
Rachel is the owner of The Collective, dedicated to curating the very best products from across Alberta. Her vision is simple: a community built on love for local makers and small businesses, and a shared appreciation for high-quality gifts and everyday essentials.
Rachel is also a maker herself. Naked Beauty Bath and Body is where that comes to life — clean, high-quality products for skin, body, and home, shaped by her resilience, passion, and commitment to doing things the right way.

Sherrie Liedeman
Meet Sherrie — a true champion of locally made products and one of the warm, familiar faces you'll find at The Collective. She takes pride in the originality and care behind every item in our collection, and loves helping customers find their perfect locally crafted treasure.
Sherrie's commitment to makers goes beyond our shelves. She's also the maker behind Hooked by Nans, her own crochet business, where every piece is made with the same care and craftsmanship she celebrates in others.
Stop in and say hi to Sherrie — she'd love to make your visit special.
